These British/Dutch / nato army holdalls have carry handles and shoulder straps that can be stowed in side pockets to enable it to be used either as a backpack or hand held item. It has a plastic bottom insert and ends to retain rigidity, two inner pockets/compartments and two outer pockets. It has an identification pouch on the outside.
