These unissued genuine German army moleskin trousers are an army surplus classic! Made from comfortable and hard wearing 100% cotton in olive green drab colour that, in itself, provides excellent camouflage and are suitable for a variety of uses; Hunting, Cadets / CCF, Outdoor work etc.
These trousers have six pockets including two large cargo pockets making them extremely practical. They also have a buttoned fly and air/vent holes in the gusset to allow cool air to circulate. Other features include:

Why are moleskin trousers named so? These trousers are not actually made from a moles skin! The fabric gets its name from the similar texture of the animal skin. A layer of cotton is woven onto another base layer of cotton and then often sheered to create a soft pile on one side. Although the German army did not use sheered fabric for their uniforms.
