Alternatively, on a piece of paper, please write down the main information we need, such as your Order Number, your Name and what you'd like us to do (exchange or seek refund) and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt (for Christmas returns the window is 28 days) with the item(s) concerned to Forces Uniform and Kit, Building 106C, Bournemouth International Airport, Christchurch, Dorset, UK, BH23 6NW.
Returning the goods to us for possible refund should be arranged by the customer. If we have sent an incorrect product we will refund the return shipping cost.

PLEASE ALSO RETURN THE ORIGINAL ORDER THAT WE SENT WITH YOUR PACKAGE (OR A COPY) WHEN RETURNING THIS FORM.
Before returning an item, if you would like to send us an email with photographs of the item, we may be able to sort the query easier. This is very important where damage has been caused in transit, so include photos of the packaging.
Garments and equipment used in movie or theatrical productions
If we send items for use in such productions we refund 50% of the initial value to cover re-processing and re-grading.
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS SOLD AS PART OF OUR DISTRESSED RANGE CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED AT A LATER STAGE BECAUSE OF THEIR DETERIORATED OR MARRED CONDITION, THIS IS MADE CLEAR IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SO THIS SHOULD NOT BE A SURPRISE.
