Forces Uniform and Kit is a UK based online only company and has no retail premises.Please note that our trading days are Monday to Friday and so emails received after 3:30pm on a Friday will be answered Monday mornings.
Please also note that orders are fulfilled first thing on weekday mornings, and so orders received after this will be fulfilled the next business morning.
Alternatively, on a piece of paper, please write down the main information we need, such as your Order Number, your Name and what you'd like us to do (exchange or seek refund) and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt (or Christmas returns window of 28 days) with the item(s) concerned to Forces Uniform and Kit, Building 106C, Bournemouth International Airport, Christchurch, Dorset, UK, BH23 6NW.
Returning the goods to us for possible refund or exchange should be arranged by the customer. If we have sent an incorrect product we will refund the return shipping cost. When posting back to us, please use an economic method i.e. less than £10 and not a premium Next Day or Signed For option. We may only refund a portion of the amount if an unnecessarily expensive method is used. Please contact us for help on the most appropriate shippers if you need assistance.
Before returning an item, if you would like to send us an email with photographs of the item, we may be able to sort the query easier. This is very important where damage has been caused in transit, so include photos of the packaging.
If we send items for use in such productions we refund 50% of the initial value to cover re-processing and re-grading.
