These breathable waterproof over trousers are Scottish Prison Services surplus. They are made of 100% nylon fabric with a Rip-stop and weatherproof fabrication which makes them really tough, and waterproof.
Leg darts go way up past the knees to allow booted feet to pass through to put the trousers on.
With labels still attached, we are offering unissued new items that will be fit for whatever the weather throws at you.
