British Army Vintage - Woodland DPM - Parachutists 'Para' Smock - DISTRESSED

Introduced in the 1970's and discontinued in 2012 these genuine British army, windproof parachutist smocks are fantastic pieces of kit. These jackets are made from a very tight gabardine weave cotton that blocks the wind and has excellent thermal properties, making them an extremely popular jacket with Cadets and other outdoor enthusiasts. Para smocks are also manufactured with a parachutists flap that attaches from the back to the front under the crotch to prevent unwanted billowing when descending from the air.

  • DISTRESSED Vintage - used condition - will shows signs of use, worn hems, cuff as well as minor fading or signs of long term storage. 
  • Repairs will be likely.
  • Woodland DPM camouflage.
  • Four pockets; Two chest, Two waist pockets
  • Elasticated wool-rich cuffs

  • Drawstring hem.
