Did you know? The first sleeping bag was invented in the 19th century by a Welsh man called Pryce Pryce-Jones and was called the 'Euklisia Rug'. Also, this bag was nick-named a 'sniper' bag because the user could maintain a warm observation position, but be able to stand up and move instantly due to the open bottom of the bag.
