COVID VIRUS AFFECT ON YOUR ORDERS, DELIVERIES AND RETURNS/REFUNDS
Our staff are practicing safe distancing and applying preventative methods as per government guidance.
At the current time we are still dispatching orders and will continue to do so whilst we are able. As always, we will issue an advisory note when your parcel is dispatched.
UK deliveries are mostly made by our couriers "APC Overnight", and there may be possible delays in the time it takes for your delivery to arrive, so please bear that in mind before chasing your order.
Couriers will not ask for signatures due to the virus, and they will keep their distance from you and leave the package for you to pick it up.
We appreciate your understanding of these circumstances at this unusual moment in time.
We will deal with any returns or refunds as and when we are able, but there will be a delay of several days in processing these, especially if we have to close the business.
Any changes to these arrangements will be notified as and when necessary. Returns should as always be sent via a courier of your choice and our usual terms and conditions apply.
