COVID VIRUS AFFECT ON YOUR ORDERS, DELIVERIES AND RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our staff are practicing safe distancing and applying preventative methods as per government guidance.

UK DELIVERIES

All orders are being processed and dispatched in line with our normal service level.  

Couriers will not ask for signatures due to the virus, and they will keep their distance from you and leave the package for you to pick it up.

OVERSEAS ORDERS 

Delays in delivering orders overseas from the UK may still be experienced. We are also aware that prices we are being charged by shipping companies are increased more frequently nowadays and so may be more than that charged to customers at time of order. So, in the event of a large discrepancy, we may contact customers to seek additional payment, or to offer cancellation of the order, of course.

Deliveries to the European Union

We have suspended deliveries to the EU as the result of charges levied at the point of delivery in Europe. This situation will be reviewed as time progresses.

RETURNS

We will deal with any returns or refunds as soon as we receive them.

Returns should as always be sent via a courier of your choice and our usual terms and conditions apply.
