POST COVID REGULATIONS - AFFECT ON YOUR ORDERS, DELIVERIES AND RETURNS/REFUNDS
Deliveries are no-longer subject to COVID protective practices and so the 'Leave Safe' option is no longer a default on deliveries, especially to UK customers.
UK DELIVERIES
All orders are being processed and dispatched in line with our normal service level.
DPD couriers will no longer leave parcels on your doorstep or in a safe place as a standard practice. If you are not there to accept delivery, the driver will apply any instruction you have given, or take the package to your local depot.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Deliveries may be delayed due to customs checks.
Deliveries to the European Union
Customers in the EU will have to pay surcharges and taxes applied by their nation's authorities.
RETURNS
We will deal with any returns or refunds as soon as we receive them.
Returns should as always be sent via a courier of your choice and our usual terms and conditions apply.
