How we ascertain a chest size |
Jackets/parkas etc - what does "p-p" mean? |
As these garments are usually worn with a shirt or jumper underneath, we measure each garment and take 2 inches (5cm) off to define a chest size that will comfortably fit. p-p means pit to pit - i.e. the garment is laid flat and we measure across the armpits and double that distance for full circumference. |

Genuine British army issue wind proof smocks in used condition. These jackets come in MTP camo (multi terrain pattern) and are part of the MK1 PCS (personal clothing system) currently used by the British military.
